Shipping Methods

Ayush Extracts ships orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on shipment requirements, destination, and service availability. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout or confirmed during order processing.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the selected carrier and service level.

Shipping rates vary by order size and destination. Ayush Extracts does not offer free shipping.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) are sent via UPS or USPS when available. Delivery timelines typically range from 5–10 business days, though transit times may vary.

Additional shipping charges may apply based on carrier rates and service availability.

International Shipping

Ayush Extracts ships international orders via UPS by default. USPS shipping may be arranged upon request, depending on destination and shipment requirements.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • UPS International: approximately 3–10 business days

  • USPS International: approximately 15–20 business days

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with import regulations, customs requirements, and restrictions in the destination country prior to placing an order.

Ayush Extracts is not responsible for delays, losses, or rejections caused by customs clearance issues. Orders that are denied entry or returned by customs are not eligible for refund.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are determined by the destination country. These charges are not collected or estimated by Ayush Extracts and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Certain botanical extracts may be sensitive to heat or temperature fluctuations. These products are handled using appropriate packaging and shipping procedures when required. For time- or temperature-sensitive orders, expedited or overnight shipping is strongly recommended.

Backorders and Partial Shipments

If an order contains items that are temporarily out of stock, available items may be shipped first, with remaining items shipped once they become available. Shipping charges for backordered items will be communicated at the time of fulfillment.
